Refund policy
1. Returns
Nuvazhi accepts return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers are required to:
Contact us via email at support@nuvazhi.com using the email address provided at the time of purchase
Include the Order ID in all correspondence
Alternatively, customers may reach us through our website’s contact form or via WhatsApp
All returned products must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered
All original tags and labels must be intact
Upon receipt of the returned item, Nuvazhi will conduct a thorough quality inspection. Customers will be notified via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding the approval or denial of the return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products not received in their original condition
Items damaged or missing components due to reasons not attributable to Nuvazhi
Products specifically designated as non-returnable
Lingerie, innerwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items, due to sanitary considerations
3. Refunds
If the returned product is approved following quality evaluation, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be:
Processed within 7–14 business days
Issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase
Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
4. Shipping Returns
Nuvazhi will arrange doorstep pickup of return shipments to the delivery address originally provided by the customer.
5. Amendments to the Policy
Nuvazhi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any such changes shall be implemented in accordance with applicable legal requirements and communicated when necessary.
