Condition for Exchange

Unboxing video requirement for exchanges :

  • To facilitate a smooth exchange process and prevent fraudulent claims, we require an unboxing video for all exchange requests related to theft, missing items or product damage.

  • The video should clearly capture the entire process of opening the package, including the condition of the packaging and its contents. Please ensure the video is continuous, uninterrupted and clearly shows the product and its packaging.

  • We regrettably cannot process exchange requests for missing items, theft, product damage without a valid unboxing video.
